The Somerset CDR-2100M Dough Roller is similar to the CDR-2100 but features metal rollers for enhanced durability. It is designed for foodservice environments requiring consistent, uniform dough sheeting. The all stainless steel construction ensures sanitation and long-lasting performance. This model includes spring-loaded scrapers for easy cleaning and safety sensors for automatic shutoff.
Capable of sheeting 500 to 600 pieces per hour, the CDR-2100M accommodates large dough pieces with its large hopper. Its heavy-duty ¾ HP gear motor and isolated drive mechanism provide reliable, maintenance-free operation. Adjustable stainless steel legs and simple handle adjustments allow precise control over dough thickness, making it suitable for pizza, cookies, pie crusts, and various flatbreads.
