It features a 3.5-quart stainless steel bowl with a handle and a fine serrated edge stainless steel "S" blade assembly. The unit operates with a 1.5 HP single-phase induction motor at 3450 RPM, equipped with on/off buttons and a magnetic safety system for reliable performance.
This batch bowl processor includes a completely sealed lid with a bowl and lid scraper assembly for efficient processing and easy cleaning. It is ETL electrical and sanitation approved and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
