The Wolf SCB36 Counter Model Natural Gas Charbroiler is a robust commercial grilling solution featuring a stainless steel exterior for durability and easy maintenance. It includes six 14,500 BTU/hr burners, each with heavy duty cast iron char-radiants and 5 1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates for superior heat distribution. The unit is designed for high volume cooking with a total output of 87,000 BTU/hr.
This charbroiler offers manual gas valve controls and a standing pilot ignition system for reliable operation. Its underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards, ensuring even cooking. The unit stands on 4" adjustable legs and connects via a 3/4" rear gas connection with a pressure regulator, making it a versatile and efficient choice for commercial kitchens.
