The Robot Coupe CL50E-ULTRA Commercial Food Processor is designed for high-volume food preparation, capable of producing over 1200 servings in three hours. It supports continuous feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, french fry cutting, and julienning with compatibility for 34 different processing plates.
Equipped with a vegetable prep attachment featuring kidney-shaped and cylindrical hoppers, it includes two discs for grating and slicing. The processor operates at a single speed of 425 RPM with a 1.5 HP motor on 120 volts and 12 amps. Its stainless steel motor base and shaft provide durability, and it is ETL and cETL certified for safety and sanitation.
