This model requires no dusting flour or special dough formulas, eliminating scrap dough and maximizing production efficiency in busy kitchens.
Equipped with interchangeable forming dies compatible with various pan types and solid aluminum water-immersible dies for easy cleaning, it can produce up to 350 covered pies per hour with two operators or 400 to 500 bottom crusts per hour with one.
