The Vulcan VPT7 Pass-Through Holding & Transport Cabinet is built to keep food hot and ready for serving with an energy-efficient design and durable tubular steel frame. This mobile cabinet features a forced air blower and side-mounted push handles for easy transport and even heat distribution, making it a practical addition to any commercial kitchen.
Constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet holds up to 7 pans and includes a recessed control panel and analog thermometer that monitors temperatures up to 190°F. It operates on 120V power with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is equipped with 5" casters for smooth mobility. Certified by cULus and UL, it meets safety and quality standards for professional use.
