The Dexter-Russell 10463 Sani-Safe 4" Oyster Knife in Boston Pattern features a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade with a straight edge and rounded tip. Its textured polypropylene handle provides a slip-resistant grip for safety and durability. The blade and handle are imperviously sealed to prevent blade detachment and ensure sanitary use.
