The Traulsen G20011 is a high-quality reach-in refrigerator featuring a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior for durability and easy maintenance. It includes a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil positioned outside the food zone to ensure efficient cooling. The unit offers two solid swing doors with self-closing and stay-open features, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges and horizontal work flow door handles.
Equipped with a microprocessor control and LED temperature readout, this refrigerator maintains a temperature range of 34 to 38°F. It includes six adjustable epoxy-coated shelves and automatically activated incandescent lights for convenience. Additional features include energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporation, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, stainless steel breaker caps, and a set of four 6" high casters with locks. This model is Energy Star qualified, NSF and UL listed, suitable for commercial kitchen environments.
