The Lakeside 8162 Power Tug is an ergonomically designed motorized tow vehicle that reduces injuries from repetitive pushing and pulling of heavy carts. It safely and efficiently pulls single or multiple carts with minimal operator effort, making it ideal for healthcare material handling environments. The tug can pull virtually any mobile equipment when used with available hitches and adjustable hitch receiver tubes.
Equipped with a 24-Volt DC transaxle drive and lift motor, the Power Tug features non-marking, flat-free tires and a quick-change battery system with two 22 Amp/Hr AGM or sealed lead acid batteries. Its compact footprint and rain-proof design enhance usability. The user interface includes a hand controller with horn, key switch, lift button, throttle, and two-speed switch, ensuring ease of operation and safety.
