The Lakeside B596 Soiled Dish Breakdown Cart is designed to save labor and reduce breakage by allowing presorting of soiled glassware, dishes, and silverware close to the point of service. This cart is ideal for remote dining and meeting rooms, featuring a combination of two flat and two angled shelves that accommodate bus tubs, banquet trays, and glass or cup racks. Built-in drain tubes on the slanted shelves prevent drippage from glass and cup racks, while the flat shelves have a marine edge on the front and a 4" turned-up edge on three sides for added security.
Equipped with extra load No-Mark® cushion tread wheels, the cart absorbs impact for quieter and smoother operation. It includes fixed and swivel 8" casters that guide the cart in a straight line and make turns easier. The shelf size measures 28" x 70", providing ample space for sorting and transporting soiled items efficiently.
