The Bachour by Pavoni Silicone CONFY Mold includes 14 cavities, each designed to hold 90 ml (3.04 oz) of product. The mold measures 300mm by 400mm overall and comes with a plastic cutter to create a base for each dessert, enhancing presentation and ease of assembly.
Made from flexible, non-stick silicone, this mold is easy to clean and allows for effortless removal of pastries or frozen items. It is safe for use in convection ovens, static ovens, microwaves, and freezers, withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 280°C (-40°F to 536°F). Dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
