The Novacart Panettone Basso Disposable Baking Mold is a wider, shallower alternative to traditional Panettone pans, suitable for coffee cakes, cream cakes, and cheesecakes. It features food-safe corrugated cardboard edges and a rigid baking paper design to prevent leaks. The dark brown mold is accented with a gold floret pattern, providing an attractive presentation. Dimensions are 8-5/8" diameter and 2-3/4" high, with a 56 oz capacity.
These molds are microwave, oven safe up to 390°F, and freezer safe, designed to replace metal pans and reduce cleanup. They are grease resistant and recyclable but not compostable. Due to pinprick holes in the bottom, they are not recommended for liquid use. KOF-K Kosher certified, these molds are ideal for professional and home bakers seeking convenience and style.
