The Hobart Legacy HL1400-1STD is a powerful 140-quart floor mixer featuring a heavy-duty 5 HP motor and gear-driven transmission. It offers four fixed speeds plus a stir speed with Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls and patented soft start agitation technology for smooth mixing. Included accessories are a beater, dough hook, stainless steel bowl, and bowl truck for easy handling.
