The Robot Coupe Bowl Cutter Mixer is designed to prepare 600-800 servings in 2 1/2 hours, making it ideal for high-volume food preparation. It features a 1.5 HP single-phase induction motor operating at 1725 rpm with one speed control and pulse switch for precise processing. The unit includes a 3.5-quart stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle and see-thru lid, along with a stainless steel smooth edge "S" blade. Optional fine serrated and coarse serrated blades are available for versatile use.

It is ETL Electrical and Sanitation listed and CETL approved for Canadian standards.
