The Pavoni Pavoflex PX4392 NUAGE Silicone Mold, designed by Cédric Grolet, features 12 cavities each measuring 75mm diameter by 45mm deep with a volume of 140 ml. This mold is ideal for creating elegant monoportion desserts with a smooth, cloud-like shape.
Made from food-grade silicone, the mold is non-stick with a slick upper surface for easy removal and minimal cleaning. It is pliable for pushing out pastry or peeling frozen products and safe for use in convection ovens, static ovens, and microwaves. Resistant to both cold and heat, it can be cleaned with hot water and mild soap or placed in the dishwasher, and sanitized in the oven at 150°C for two minutes.
