The Traulsen G32001 is a three-section reach-in refrigerator featuring half-length glass doors with locks, designed for professional use. It boasts a stainless steel exterior front and anodized aluminum interior and sides, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The unit includes a top-mounted, balanced refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone to maintain optimal temperature and humidity.
Equipped with a microprocessor control and LED temperature readout, this refrigerator offers precise temperature management within a range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It features self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees, guaranteed-for-life cam-lift hinges, and stainless steel vertical door handles. Additional benefits include energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporators, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and thermostatic expansion valve metering for quick refrigeration recovery.
