The Omcan 31343 10" Blade Belt Drive Slicer is a manual gravity feed meat slicer featuring a 10" diameter carbon steel blade and an anodized aluminum body. Its belt-driven blade assembly ensures consistent cutting performance, while the carriage moves smoothly on ball bearings for effortless slicing of deli meats and vegetables.
Designed for low volume operations, this slicer operates at 120V with 1/3 HP and 300 RPM. It is ETL and ETL-Sanitation listed, made in Italy, and easy to disassemble for quick cleaning. The slicer offers cut thickness from 0 to 16 mm and measures 24.40" x 16.75" x 14.56".
