The Traulsen G31011 is a robust reach-in freezer designed for professional use, featuring a stainless steel exterior and doors with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum sides and interior. It includes a top-mounted, balanced refrigeration system and a microprocessor control with LED temperature readout for accurate temperature monitoring. The freezer is equipped with a load-sure guard system to prevent improper loading and self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees.
This model offers three sections, each with three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves supported on shelf pins. It features full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, guaranteed-for-life cam-lift hinges and horizontal workflow door handles, and an energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The freezer is NSF and UL listed, with magnetic snap-in door gaskets, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and a thermostatic expansion valve for quick refrigeration recovery times.
