This Type TC125 thermostat is designed for hot side electric applications with a temperature range from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 3/8" x 3 1/2" bulb and a 36" capillary tube with a 1/4" MPT stuff box. The thermostat includes a flat down mount and is compatible with Tri-Star fryers such as TSF-3540, TSF-4050, and TSF-6575 models. It also comes with a clip to prevent dial movement due to bumps, ensuring stable temperature settings.
