Novacart's Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Mold in a pack of 50 offers a practical and stylish option for baking traditional Italian panettone and other treats. Crafted from food-safe rigid baking paper, this mold measures 5-1/4" diameter by 3-3/4" high with a 34 oz capacity. It is oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe, featuring a solid bottom for reliable support. These molds reduce cleanup time and provide an attractive gold-floret accented presentation from oven to table.
All molds are KOF-K Kosher certified except item # P155C and are recyclable but not compostable. They are suitable for baking panettone, jumbo muffins, cupcakes, or bread. Due to pinprick holes in the bottom, these molds are not recommended for liquid batters, making them ideal for thicker doughs or batters.
