This Keating OEM thermostat is a hot side electric thermostat designed for precise temperature control within the range of 250 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 5/16" x 8" bulb and a 30" capillary tube, making it suitable for various commercial cooking equipment requiring reliable temperature regulation.
The thermostat includes a white plastic indicator knob with a 2" diameter pointer dial, replacing older chrome styles. It is compatible with Keating grill electric Miraclean models prior to 1983 and requires a specific stuffing box when used on Keating fryers.
