This Type K Hot Side Electric Thermostat is designed for temperature control from 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 3/8" x 5 3/4" bulb and a 20" capillary tube, with a panel nut and a grey and silver Wells thermostat knob. The thermostat is compatible with older Wells fryer models and Fry-N-Warmer equipment, providing reliable temperature regulation.
The thermostat includes mounting options and is engineered for use in commercial frying and warming applications. It replaces several OEM numbers and supports installation accessories such as snap-in and clip-on capillary clamps, ensuring ease of maintenance and durability.
