The Somerset CDR-500 Single Pass Dough Sheeter is a versatile tabletop sheeter ideal for pizzerias, bakeries, donut shops, schools, and hospitals. It efficiently sheets various dough types to a uniform thickness in seconds, producing 500 to 600 pieces per hour. Designed for durability and ease of use, it features synthetic non-stick rollers, spring-loaded scrapers, and a maintenance-free drive mechanism isolated from the roller area. Its ergonomic design ensures safety, speed, and sanitation while maximizing counter space with a compact footprint.
Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and equipped with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings, the CDR-500 offers reliable, maintenance-free operation. It includes safety sensors for automatic shutoff and adjustable stainless steel legs. The dough sheeter accommodates a 20" sheet size with 3.5" diameter rollers and operates on a ¾ HP gear motor with single-phase 115v/60Hz or 220v/50Hz power options.
