The push block is made from upgraded nylon-based resin for durability and safety. This manual countertop cutter is made in the USA with a cast aluminum frame and stainless steel blades, designed for efficient chopping of vegetables, herbs, and cooked meats.
This model includes a gasket-like cleaning grid that fits between the teeth of the push block, simplifying cleanup by removing food remnants easily.
