The Pavoni Green Velvet Spray by Antonio Bachour creates a unique velvet effect by crystallizing cocoa butter when sprayed on cold surfaces. It is perfect for enhancing the texture and appearance of ice creams, mousses, and semifreddos with a fine, even layer of color and texture.
For optimal results, the spray should be kept at room temperature and shaken before use. Applied from 15 to 30 cm away, it requires rotating the dessert during spraying for uniform coverage. The nozzle should be cleaned with warm water immediately after use. This product is OU Kosher Pareve Certified.
