The Berkel MB-3/4 Countertop Bread Slicer is ideal for bakeries and specialty sandwich chains needing efficient slicing of soft and hard-crusted loaves. It accommodates loaves up to 15-1/2 inches and provides a pre-set 3/4 inch slice thickness for consistent, precise cuts.
Featuring a compact design with a Sky White polyester powder coat finish and stainless steel product contact areas, this slicer is easy to clean and operate. It includes a front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and removable scrap pan. The heat-treated alloy carbon steel blades are independently mounted and replaceable, powered by a 1/3 HP motor running on 115V.
