The Traulsen G31010 is a professional-grade reach-in freezer featuring a durable stainless steel exterior and doors, combined with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum sides and interior. It includes a top-mounted, balanced refrigeration system and a microprocessor control with LED temperature readout for precise temperature management. The freezer is designed with a load-sure guard system to prevent improper loading and features self-closing doors with a stay-open function at 120 degrees for convenience.
This model offers three sections with three adjustable epoxy-coated shelves each, supported on shelf pins. Additional features include full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks, guaranteed-for-life cam-lift hinges and horizontal workflow door handles, and energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The freezer is NSF and UL listed, equipped with magnetic snap-in door gaskets, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and a thermostatic expansion valve for quick refrigeration recovery.
