The Vulcan VCRH36 Series Restaurant Gas Hotplate is designed for commercial kitchens requiring a reliable and efficient cooking surface. It features six 25,000 BTU open burners with removable burner heads for easy cleaning and maintenance. The hotplate includes a protected flash tube ignition system, which helps reduce fuel costs by ensuring efficient burner operation.
Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, the unit also has cast iron top grates and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray for convenience. Manual gas valve controls and a supplied LP gas conversion kit add to its versatility. Measuring 36 inches wide, 29-1/3 inches deep, and 13-1/3 inches high, this gas hotplate weighs 260 pounds and is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
