The Winholt Enclosed Tray Cabinet is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with heli-arc welded joints for strength and durability. It features extruded three-sided aluminum channel sides and a side door latch that holds the door open at 270 degrees on stainless steel hinges. Designed to accommodate standard 18" x 26" bun pans, it retards dehydration and is non-insulated for versatile use.
Equipped with non-marking, all swivel 5" heavy-duty casters, this cabinet rolls easily for convenient mobility. It comes fully assembled and ready for use, making it an efficient storage solution in commercial kitchens. The cabinet's dimensions of 21 inches width, 27 inches depth, and 68 inches height provide ample space for tray storage while maintaining a compact footprint.
