The Vulcan VCH5 Cook and Hold Oven uses gently recirculated heated air to cook a variety of foods including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and baked goods. Operating at a lower temperature than standard ovens, it produces richly browned meats, moist seafood, and colorful vegetables. This single deck oven features electronic solid state controls with an easy-to-operate knob for precise cooking and holding.
With a capacity for 5 bun pans or 10 steam table pans, the oven has a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and hygiene. It is mobile with 5" casters, including 2 swivel with locks and 2 rigid. The oven operates on 208-240v/50/60/1ph with 1900/2530 watts and 9.6/11.0 amps, and includes an 8' cord with NEMA 6-15P plug.
