This Traulsen refrigerator offers a 21.9 cubic feet capacity with a narrow reach-in design, ideal for commercial kitchens requiring efficient space use. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior (R-Series) or an anodized aluminum interior (A-Series), ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The unit includes a self-closing door with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator for maintenance ease.
Equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL® Microprocessor Control System, this refrigerator maintains a temperature range of 34 - 38° F. It has three adjustable wire shelves and stainless steel adjustable legs for stability. Additional features include guaranteed-for-life cam-lift hinges and door handles, automatic incandescent lighting, and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device. The unit operates on 115 volts with a 1/3 horsepower compressor.
