This Montague OEM # 3500-9 Thermostat is a Type K hot side electric thermostat designed for temperature control between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 3/16" x 12" bulb and a 36" capillary tube, suitable for precise temperature regulation in commercial ovens.
The thermostat mounts vertically with a .187" D-stem flat down configuration and is compatible with Montague Oven Vectaire models 2EK8, 2EK15A, EK8, and EK15A.
