The Pavoni White Velvet Spray by Antonio Bachour is designed to create a luxurious velvet effect on frozen desserts. When sprayed on cold surfaces, the cocoa butter crystallizes, producing a delicate, velvety texture. This spray is ideal for use on ice creams, mousses, and semifreddos, enhancing both appearance and texture.
For optimal results, it is recommended to keep the spray at room temperature (20-25°C) and shake well before use. Apply from a distance of 15-30 cm in thin, even layers while rotating the dessert for uniform coverage. The nozzle should be cleaned with warm water immediately after use. This product is OU Kosher Pareve Certified, ensuring quality and compliance.
