O'Creme Kosher Fish Gelatin is made exclusively from tilapia fish and finely granulated with a 40-mesh particle size to ensure consistent performance. With a high-strength 250 bloom rating, it provides excellent gelling power ideal for professional and home baking applications such as mousses, soufflés, and ice cream.
This all-natural gelatin is odorless, tasteless, and colorless, allowing it to add body and structure to desserts without altering their flavor. It dissolves smoothly when hydrated and can be incorporated into hot mixtures directly or liquefied before adding to cold preparations. It is repackaged from CRC under the Star-K Hechsher but is not kosher for Passover.
