The All Points 2-Range-Burner Boiler is an add-on lift-off broiler designed for 2-burner commercial range tops. Measuring 5 inches high, 12 inches wide, and 24 inches long, it includes a removable stainless steel grease tray that extends the length to 27 inches and is 1-1/2 inches deep. This broiler is built for permanent applications and can handle the higher grease volume typical of professional kitchens.
Its unique design prevents grease from dripping into the burners, allowing most juices to burn off in the flare pan, which imparts a smoky broiled flavor to food. Made of stainless steel, this broiler fits most commercial ranges and features an adjustable frame for versatile use in demanding food service environments.
