This 7-inch fillet knife from F. Dick features a thin, flexible forged blade that facilitates easy filleting of fish and meat, including removal of skin and fish bones. It produces fillets that are appetizing, intact, and precisely cut. The knife belongs to the Premier Plus Series, which is forged for perfect balance and ergonomic handle design. The blade and handle are securely joined without gaps to prevent food residue accumulation.
Made from alloy X45CrMoV15, the blade offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance along with hardness. Each knife is hand sharpened and honed before shipment to ensure sharpness. Made in Germany, this knife includes a lifetime warranty and features a blue plastic handle for a comfortable grip.
