The Hobart HS7N-1 13" Automatic Slicer is designed for professional use in restaurants and commercial kitchens. It features a 13" CleanCut™ stainless steel knife with zero knife exposure and a removable ring guard cover for enhanced safety. Powered by a 1/2 horsepower motor, it includes a timing belt for the automatic drive system and a variable four-speed automatic carriage with front-mounted controls for precise slicing.
This slicer also offers three stroke lengths and an exclusive tilting, removable carriage system for easy cleaning and maintenance. Its burnished aluminum base and stainless steel components provide durability and a sleek appearance.
