The Cres Cor H-138-PS-1834D is a fully insulated pass-through holding cabinet designed for efficient food service operations. It features a powerful 2000 Watt heating system with thermostatic control and a large LED digital display to maintain precise temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet is constructed entirely of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning.
This model includes field reversible insulated Dutch doors on both front and back with silicone gaskets and anti-microbial latches to prevent heat loss and contamination. It offers channel pan slides that securely hold 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers without tipping. Mobility is enhanced by heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, and recessed push/pull handles on both sides protect walls and facilitate maneuvering.
