Each sheet measures 16 inches by 10 inches and is designed to create exquisite chocolate pieces or decorate cakes and pastries. Due to FDA restrictions on dyes, colors on the sheet may vary from the pictured design. These chocolate transfer sheets can be used with magnetic chocolate molds or by spreading melted chocolate on the sheet to transfer the butterfly design.
They work with all kinds of chocolate and any color and can be cut into strips and shaped for use as bands around cakes or pastries. Certified K kosher by Badatz of Strasbourg, France, these sheets offer endless creative possibilities for chocolate decoration.
