Powered by a 95,000 BTU/hour in-shot burner system, it features a high-temperature stainless steel heat exchanger with a weldless design for enhanced durability. The oven includes a rotating interior rack that holds 8 pans with 4.0" slide spacing, ensuring even cooking and easy removal for cleaning.
Equipped with a patented removable rack bottom and a self-contained steam system, this oven provides efficient cleaning and precise humidity control. The digital control panel allows programmable settings, while independent doors with large dual-pane viewing windows offer convenient access.
