This Novacart Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Mold is designed for professional and home bakers seeking a convenient and elegant baking solution. Made from food-safe rigid baking paper, the mold measures 5-1/4" in diameter and 3-3/4" high with a 34 oz capacity. It is oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe, featuring a solid bottom style for sturdy support. These molds eliminate the need for metal pans, reducing cleanup time while providing a beautiful gold-floret accented presentation from oven to table.
All Novacart Panettone molds are KOF-K Kosher certified (except item # P155C) and recyclable but not compostable. They are ideal for baking panettone, jumbo muffins, cupcakes, or bread. Note that these molds are not recommended for liquid batters due to pinprick holes in the bottom, making them best suited for thicker doughs or batters.
