Demarle Flexipan Origine Shell mold features 24 cavities shaped like shells, each measuring 3-1/8" x 3" x 3/4" high with a 2.4 oz (70 ml) capacity. This flexible, non-stick silicone mold is preferred by professional bakers for easy release of sweet or savory foods without pre-greasing. Its pliability ensures intact removal of delicate cakes and chilled desserts such as mousse or aspic.
Made from silicone fused to fiberglass, the mold is highly durable and can endure up to three thousand uses without sticking. It withstands temperatures from -20°F to 536°F, allowing for freezing and baking in the same mold.
