The Somerset CDR-2100 Dough Roller and Sheeter is engineered for heavy-duty foodservice use, offering years of maintenance-free performance. Its rugged, all stainless steel construction ensures safety, sanitation, and durability. The machine features synthetic rollers and spring-loaded scrapers for easy cleaning and consistent dough sheeting. It is designed for compact workspaces and includes safety sensors for automatic shutoff.
This model sheets 500 to 600 pieces per hour and accommodates large dough pieces with its sizable hopper. The heavy-duty ¾ HP gear motor provides reliable power, while the drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area for safety and maintenance ease. Adjustable stainless steel legs and simple handle adjustments allow precise, uniform dough thickness for a variety of dough types including pizza, cookies, and ethnic flatbreads.
