The Omcan 13738 Elite Series Sausage Stuffer is a manual horizontal model with a 15 lbs. (7 kg) capacity, constructed entirely of stainless steel for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. It features a two-speed gear-driven system for efficient sausage stuffing and quick piston return. The unit includes a stainless steel watertight cylinder, carbon steel rack, and an aluminum gear box with self-lubricating bushings to ensure smooth operation.
This model comes with four plastic funnels in sizes 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm to accommodate various sausage diameters. The moplen piston is equipped with a silicon seal and air release valve to prevent air pockets and maintain consistent filling.
