The Turbo Air TST-60SD is a 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table designed with an innovative "Cold Air Compartment" that ensures even temperature distribution across all food pans. It isolates the pans from the lower storage compartment to prevent spillage. The stainless steel top features a 16-pan opening, accommodating a large variety of fresh toppings for efficient food preparation.
This two-section unit includes two stainless steel doors with recessed handles, stainless steel interior and exterior, and ABS door liners. It has two adjustable stainless steel wire shelves for backup ingredients and a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system operating between 33 and 39°F. The 1/2 HP compressor and NSF, ETL, and cETL certifications make it ideal for commercial kitchens.
