The Cres-Cor H-339-12-135C is a fully insulated countertop heated cabinet designed to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures, making it ideal for under-counter use. It features a 900 Watt heating system that efficiently maintains temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). The cabinet's body and door have an internal frame for structural rigidity and are constructed from non-corrosive, high-tensile aluminum for strength and easy mobility.
This model includes an anti-microbial latch to prevent germ spread and a field reversible insulated door for flexible installation. It securely holds five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or 13" x 18" pans on 2-3/4" centers with removable pan slides for easy cleaning. Mounted on 4" legs, it allows for convenient countertop cleaning beneath the unit.
