The Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra Pizza Continuous Feed Food Processor is designed for efficient vegetable preparation with a variety of included discs and attachments. It features a vegetable prep attachment with kidney-shaped and cylindrical hoppers, and comes with slicing discs, a grating disc, a dicing kit, a dice cleaning kit, and a wall mount disc rack for organized storage.
Powered by a 1.5 HP motor running at 425 RPM on 120 volts and 12 amps, this processor offers continuous feed operation with a durable polycarbonate base and stainless steel motor shaft. It is ETL and cETLus certified for electrical safety and sanitation, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
