Fat Daddio's Stainless Steel Round Cake Ring is a 2-3/4" diameter by 2" high ring made from 18-gauge polished stainless steel. Hand-welded and polished to a brilliant mirror finish, it provides even heating with no hot spots. This temperature-resistant ring is a versatile tool for professional kitchens, bakeries, and restaurants.
Ideal for baking individual desserts, cakes, chocolates, entremets, and pastries, it also serves as an ice cream mold.
