The Omcan 13730 Elite Series Stuffer is a manual, moderate-duty horizontal sausage stuffer with a 6 lb (3 kg) capacity, suitable for residential and commercial use. It features a stainless steel watertight cylinder and feet, enameled steel sides, and a carbon steel rack for durability. The unit includes two bench clamps for secure mounting and plastic funnels sized 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm.
Unlike other models, this stuffer uses a direct drive system rather than a two-speed gearing system. It is equipped with a Moplen piston featuring a silicon seal and air release valve for smooth operation. This compact and efficient stuffer is ideal for smaller batches and moderate-duty sausage production.
