This 2-Step Soft Cheese/Curd Slicer Cutter Cuber is a commercial-grade manual cutter designed for slicing and cubing blocks of soft cheese. It features a stainless steel frame and stainless wires arranged in two sections to first slice the cheese and then cube it into roughly 3/4 inch mini cubes.
The cutter's design ensures efficient processing by pushing the cheese through parallel wires first, then through crisscrossing wires for cubing. The frame measures 9 inches by 14 inches with supports that slide on and off, secured by screws tightened with a hex key.
